Caroline Seger is a Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder and club captain for FC Rosengård in the Damallsvenskan league. She is also the current captain of the Swedish national football team.

In 2009, Philadelphia Independence drafted Caroline Seger as their first pick. She signed with the team a three-year contract. She scored one goal and posted five assists in her 18 appearances during the first season, but after it underwent surgery on a heel injury.
